Heidi Marquardt is the “H” in HMARQ. She sets the bar for the team and is famous for her very high, unyielding expectations. She loves every phase of the project from beginning to end. The space is a puzzle to solve and Heidi is the alchemist to see it manifest in the three-dimensional world. On the final day of a project installation, she will walk in and out of the space again and again, examining it fresh from every angle to ensure everything is perfection. Only then will she call it a victory.

While Heidi is very hands on in each project, she has assembled an extremely competent and professional team in whom she has total confidence. With 35 years of combined professional experience, plus educational credentials she brims with pride in her team’s capabilities and finess.
